Howdy! I hope that everyone is having a wonderful weekend! It's been pretty laid back here! My hubby was out of town last night and all day today so I've had plenty of me time this weekend! I slept in late this morning since I stayed up rather late last night watching a scary movie! Sooooo not smart to do when you finally do decide to go to bed and you have to go it alone! Needless to say I slept with a light on hee hee!

I was able to find some time to get a little inky today and this little Leprechaun was calling my name!! It's from the lastest PK release called PK-297 Kiss Me Leprechaun. I also used the barrel from the February Kit of the Month PKSC-02. I thought he needed something to sit on and what better than a barrel lol! I also used my Imagine to print some paper from the Yummy cartridge. I used it to paper piece his little suit and hat. I then used my copics to color the rest and added some gold stickles to him to! I'll be honest I'm not to thrilled with my coloring of the beard! I really need practice when it comes to shading! The pattern paper in the background is some from my scraps and I used the Martha Stewart doily punch for the borders. I used Emma's Fancy Frame Stamp & Die Set to emboss the sentiment and also the border stamp on. I added Helmar ZapDots to it all for dimension. February Peachy Keen Kit of the Month!!

Howdy! I love getting happy mail! These cuties (Peachy Keen February Kit of the month) showed up in my mailbox yesterday and I was finally able this evening to get to play! Oh my! This set is SUPER cute and so much fun to play with!

For my card, I made my background paper using PK-299 Lucky Day Shamrock background stamp. I stamped it using Memento Bamboo Leaves ink pad. I then stamped the shamrock onto some green card stock and hand cut out. Isn't this face I added just ADORABLE!! It's included in this set along with nine others! The set also includes body parts like arms and legs so I had to add the cute little arm holding the shamrock! I used Spellbinders label number three along with a matching stamp set Dash It All for the border. I then stamped the mug and handle onto the same green card stock and hand cut these out to! The set includes a cloud and I used it to make foam for the top of my mug! I used this sentiment but there are eight others to choose from also! I added Helmar ZapDots to the shamrock that the arm is holding and also to the foam. Here is a better view from the side to see the dimension....

I had cut out a extra shamrock using a different face and I didn't want it to go to waste so I used Emma's Bubblegum treat box die to make this cutie. I added some stitching with my jelly roll pen and tied some white tulle. I'm going to add some of those chocolate coins just as soon as I can pick some up!

Valentine Topiary!

Hello everyone! I hope your having a wonderful Thursday! It's been raining here all day! Which in my opinion makes a great crafty day!! I seen something similiar to this on Pinterest and decided to give it a try! Click here to see where I got my inspiration from! I think I've mentioned this before but if not I'll say it again I LOVE PINTEREST!!! There is just so many neat ideas and the talent out there is just AMAZING!!

I took a medium size styrofoam ball and hot glued mini cupcake liners all the way around to form my ball. I then added a wooden skewer to the bottom. I'm really not sure what to call the little planter thingie I used for my vase! I had picked these up many moons ago at the dollar store when I was going to plant some seeds and never got around to it! I feel so stupid right now as I'm typing this up because I just realized I have no clue what to call what I filled the inside with either!! I know you use it in flower arrangements but I swear my mind has went BLANK!! Anyhoo, I also added a little bit of styrofoam so the skewer could stick in and also stand up on it's on. I then tied a bow with some pink tulle. I used the heart die from Emma's 100% Sweetness and also the stamp she designed to fit perfectly onto the heart (LOVE these two!). I then used Spellbinders label 3 and cut one out of pink card stock and the other one the next size up out of kraft card stock. I used Helmar's ZapDots in between the layers. The word love is also from Emma's 100% Sweetness stamp set. Before I attached it, I cut a small strip of pink card stock and hot glued that down and then added the sentiment. Whew, I have no clue if any of this made sense! I am HORRIBLE when it comes to explaining things!! Hopefully it did but if not and you have any questions please let me know and I will try to explain better!!

Whimsical Designs - Love Is In the Air

MCT 3D Wednesday!

Good morning everyone! I hope your having a FANTASTIC week! Today is 3D Wednesday over at Emma's! For my project today, I'm using the set You Had Me At Chocolate. This set is PACKED with all kind of goodies hee hee!

For my centerpiece, I used the cricut lite cartridge Bloom. I picked three of the different flowers and cut them out in different colors. You know I just couldn't leave them plain!! I HAD to peachify them hee hee!! I used PK-293 The Cornies Face Assortment and PK-490 Everyday Character Face Assortment. I attached the flowers to wooden skewer using a hot glue gun. I used a Martha Stewart punch for the leaves. I then filled my vase with conversation hearts and added the flowers. I used the die that is included in Emma's new release Teeny Tag Greetings and embossed the sentiment Made With Love. I added the tag to some twine and finished my tying a bow! Peachy Princess Birthday Blog Hop!

Gooooood morning everyone!! I hope your having a great weekend! If you have arrived here from Michele's Blog then your on the right trail! If not and you would like to start at the beginning of this hop please head over to Kathy's blog where she's getting this party started!! Today is a very special day for the Peachy Princess! It's Angelica's birthday!! We decided to throw a "surprise" birthday hop just in her honor!! Happy Birthday Angelica!! I hope this turns out to be the best Birthday EVER!!

For my card, I have been DYING to use Peachy Keen's adorable set, The Cornies (PK-293 The Cornies Face Assortment). I decided they would be cute added to these sweet little tulips and flower from the Country Life cartridge. These little faces just make me smile and I hope they have the same effect on Angelica! I used paper from DCWV Hippie Chic along with kraft and some ivory cardstock. The shape (in the background) is a Spellbinders die (Labels Seventeen) and I've added some gold stitching to it and also to the vase. For the sentiment, I used My Creative Time's, My Favorite Sayings stamp set. I used some Helmar ZapDots and popped the vase and flowers to add dimension.

I even finished the inside! For the sentiment inside, I added Wishing You the Best Birthday Ever which is another of My Creative Time's stamp set called Wow! So Many Candles! Well, that's all the details on my card and now I'm a little behind in getting it mailed off (maybe I should have added belated somewhere on there!!) I promise Angelica to get this mailed out to you and please forgive me for it being late!! Again, I wish you a very, very Happy Birthday! Good morning and welcome to My Creative Time's January Stamp release blog hop!! If you are arriving from the very talented Katie's blog then you are on the right track! The new releases are on sale NOW so head over to Emma's shop and snatch them up before they are GONE!!!

For today's project I'm showcasing the Bubblegum Treat die! OMG!! I'm in LOVE with this die! It's so fun and easy to assemble and there is just so many different occasion's you can use it for! Since Valentine's Day is around the corner that's what theme I decided to go with and I plan on making several more! I also used another of my favorite sets 100% Sweetness! I first used the heart die (included with this stamp set) and cut it out with red card stock. I then took the coordinating heart stamp (with the word love) and stamped it onto the heart. I then used white embossing powder and the sentiment Be My Sweetie and heat embossed on top. This set also includes the three little hearts that I embossed on each end of the box. I added white stitching with my jelly roll pen. I enclosed the ends with some ribbon from Hobby Lobby! I also forgot to note I added Helmar Zapdots behind the heart to add dimension.

Just a little re-cap, ALL stamps are available right now for purchase HERE. There are 3 different bundles being offered for sale until Friday Jan 27th @ midnight! All orders will start shipping out on Monday! The stamp shown above "Be Mine" will be offered for ONE CENT for the first 100 Shoppers! Good morning everyone!! Welcome to day 3 of My Creative Time Sneak Peeks! Today Emma and the design team are showcasing a set called Teeny Tag Greetings. Your going to LOVE this set!! It comes with so many great sentiments and also two dies! I'm also using another set that will be released this Friday called More Gift Card Sentiments along with the Gift Card Die.

Isn't that little duck the cutest! It's a die from Peachy Keen stamps! The item # is CC-PK-4 x 4-020 Duck and Egg Die! I just got it last week and have been dying to make something with it and I thought it would go great with these sentiments of Emma's! I used my copics to color his beak and used a white jelly roll for his eyes and the stitching. The grass is a fiskars punch. Now see that adorable tag and sentiment? That's from the Teeny Tag Greetings set! I love the fact that Emma designed these to layer! Doesn't the embossed stitching look awesome on the top layer die to! This set also includes just about every sentiment for any occasion that you can think of! It's really one that you will definitely want to get!!

Hello everyone and welcome to day one of My Creative Time's Sneak Peek Week!! Your going to just love this release! Today for my peek can you tell what kind of stamp set this is hee hee! Yup, you guessed it Softball! So for any of you that have softball lovers in your family this is the set for you! Fast Pitch Softball is the name of this set and all of the sentiments you see on my card are included (plus a few more goodies that I didn't use hee hee) I used Locker Talk for the trophy. I used some shiny silver paper for the top layer but it's hard to see in my picture. The grass is from a fiskars punch. I used a white and black jelly roll pen to add my stitching. I also used Emma's stitched circle die to stamp the circle sentiment.

I thought I would stick this card up for my cousin's daughter who eats, sleeps, and breathes softball! I'm sure she would get a kick out of it and from what I understand the travel team she's on and also the high school team is really good so when they win their first trophy I'll be ready hee hee!! This is gonna sting a little!

Hello everyone! I hope your weekend is going great so far! I don't have a whole lot planned for today other than washing about a hundred loads of laundry! I just don't get it the piles seem to grow over night and I never get caught up on the wash! But anyhoo, that's my mission for today GET LAUNDRY caught up and put away!

I got to play some more with my new Peachy Keen stamps and I thought I'd share another card I whipped up using the new PK-295 Cupid's Sting set! Isn't she a doll! I love the faces that are included with her and this one just makes me smile! It makes me think she's really focusing on her aim!! I used my copics to color her. I used gold stickles for her wings and halo and then added some diamond stickles to the clouds. The scallop and plain heart are Nestibility dies. I also used the new background stamp PK- 296 XOXOXOXO on the plain heart. For the border with the hearts, I used a Martha Stewart punch and then I stamped one of the included sentiments onto it. I then went back and added gold stickles to the scallops of the hearts and also above & below the sentiment. I used Helmar ZapDot's underneath the heart to raise it up.

Peachy Keen Linky Party!

Hello everyone! I'm sooooo super excited!!! Today is my first post with Peachy Keen!! Let me just say I'm STILL having to pinch myself and make sure this is not a dream lol!! I'm very honored to be part of such a fantastic stamp company and to work along some very talented ladies!! If you haven't been over to the store lately then I suggest you head over there QUICK!! Peachy Keen has done it again with another adorable release for Valentine's Day! They are so super, super cute! This adorable angel was so much fun to work with! I used some older K & Company paper to paper piece her dress and the heart. I used my copics to color her hair, skin, halo, and slippers. I added some stickles to her wing and also to the clouds (clouds are from the Paper Pups cartridge) I also added some bling to her dress and shoes using my I-Rock. I used Helmar's zapdots to pop her and one of the clouds up.

My Creative Time's 3D Wednesday!

Good morning everyone! Happy hump day!! Today is 3D Wednesday at My Creative Time! Our challenge was to make anything other than a card or layout. Emma also wanted our projects to have texture to it such as lace, material, burlap, or felt! I decided to make a picture frame! These are so fun to make! I used the Happy Hauntings cartridge for my frame. I cut this out using kraft cardstock several times to make it nice and sturdy and then the last layer out of pattern paper. It really is a sturdy little frame! I used some lace from my stash to go around the picture. For the flower I used Flower Shoppe and the leaves are from the Storybook cartridge. The little flower on the right side is one I won in a challenge awhile back. All the bling I got at Hobby Lobby along time ago on clearance and thought it was time I should use it hee hee! Last but certainly not least, I used My Creative Time's Stitched oval die and the stamp set So Grateful for You for my sentiment. I used tape to hide the "for being" part of this sentiment.

I'll be honest at first I had a hard time trying to decide how I wanted to decorate it. I kept trying to think of ways to not make it so girlie but in the end the girlie part won lol!! Happy Birthday Chick and a sneak peek!

Good morning everyone!! Yawnnnnn I'm up to early hee hee!! Today is me and my hubby's Anniversary! We have been married 20 years! He's taking off work early today and we plan on going out for a nice supper later on this evening! I hope I can also squeeze in a stop to HL or Joann's to hee hee!!

I wanted to share a little something I put together really quick yesterday using my Imagine. Poor little guy hasn't been used in awhile so I decided I better give him a little attention before the ink dries up! This bag was all made using the Imagine More & Cards cartridge. I'm still not to thrilled with my picture it's actually cuter in person than what it looks here :( See that little tag around the chick's neck? Isn't it cute!! That's a sneak peek of one of Emma's newest stamps! Next week starts sneak peek week and your going to love this release!

My Creative Time 3D Wednesday!!

Hello everyone! Wow! It's been a WHOLE year since my last post bahahaha! Well, it seems like it's been that long since I've been in my craft room! I sure have missed it :) I usually have new scrappy toys to play with after Christmas but this Christmas is a little different! I don't know if you remember but I got my Christmas present early this year (like in October) I got a new computer! Well, Santa felt sorry for me I guess and left me some money! I have just been the scrooge and not spent it yet hee hee! Waiting on just the perfect thing to buy (maybe I will figure out soon what that perfect thing is hee hee) CHA is around the corner and no telling what new things will come out then!! I also have some cricut cartridges I've been eyeballing to!!

Anyhoo, welcome to My Creative Time's 3D Wednesdays! This day is dedicated to only 3D ideas (no cards or layouts)! For my project, I used the Love Struck cartridge to create this box and the little fairy die cut. The box had a heart on the front but I used my Gyspy and hid it so I could use the fairy instead! I also trimmed out her face so I could use a face from Peachy Keen's Dolly Dumplin set. I added some stickles to her wings, dress,wand, and head piece. I used Emma's 100% Sweetness stamp set for the sentiments! Here is another picture from the side...

You Color Me Happy!

Hello! Hope everyone has had a wonderful Monday! I know alot of you probably had today off! If so, did you get any crafty time?! I spent mine in my jammies all day with the sniffles and snorts :( I did manage to get a project done that is due on Wednesday and I got it scheduled to :) Since Wednesday is still two days away I thought I would share a little Valentine's project with you! I made this a couple of weeks ago. It was during the time of making Christmas cards and goodies and well I had to take a little breather so I chose to make something for Valentine's Day!! I used Emma's Embossed Gift Card Holder Die and instead of holding a gift card it holds a little treat! I also used her stamp sets Color Me Happy and 100% Sweetness. For the word "you" I used tape to cover up the rest of the sentiment "My heart is with" and embossed it. The heart with the rainbow is from the Create a Critter cartridge and I used Peachy Keen's Happy Lashes for the face.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!! Yup, just a tad bit early on the wishes hee hee (but I guess it's better than being late lol) As I was scrolling through my blog list today the one thing I noticed being said over and over is how fast this year has flew by. I so agree! This year has had lots of bumps in the road but it's also held some great times to (those are the ones I like to focus on lol) I'm ready for 2012!! I just know it's going to be a great year!!

Ok, I really wasn't sure if I show this or not. I sure don't want to offend anyone. But I thought it was a cute idea for the people that host New Year's Eve parties. To be truthful, I could have seen me doing this YEARS ago but now at this point in our lifes we barely can stay awake to see the New Year roll in!! But anyhoo, for those of you that do plan on having a few friends over for the New Years I hope you like this idea! I purchased at Target a set of 5 mini Margarita Mixers that came in different flavors. It was actually funny the day I bought them I was with my parents (which doesn't believe in any type of drinking). I hid them under some of my other items I had in my buggy (or cart if your not from the South lol) because I sure didn't want to explain what I was doing with them!! Even tho I'm 44 I would probably still get the "look" and trust me I don't like the "look" lol!! I used Emma's, Stitched Lollipop Holder Die and secured the bottle in with some twine. I used my Scallop and circle nestibilites and three of Emma's stamp sets: Keepin It Classy, Classy & Fabulous, and I used the numbers fom the Follow Your Dreams set. I used silver stickles for her skirt and red for her top. I also added some bling with my I-Rock. I wanted it to look like little bubbles coming from her glass hee hee. I guess you can see I'm still playing around with PhotoShop Elements 10 and still not a master of that program yet!! I seriously think I need to sign up for a college course before I fully understand it!! So bare with me! I'm hoping the more I play the better I get!!

I truly hope I haven't offended anyone by my post today if I have I'm really sorry! I hope everyone has a SAFE and HAPPY New Years!! I've enjoyed my little break but ready to get back to crafting again! Valentine's Day is around the corner so be on the look out for some Valentine's Day projects coming soon!! Hugs, Leanne

Good morning everyone! I'm sorry I haven't posted anything lately on my blog! I have been crafting away and I mean that literally lol! I make something and off it goes before I can even get snapshots!! I've still got more tags to make, presents to wrap, and gifts to buy! Eekkkk not many days left and still so much to do! I've not even started baking yet! I want to wish everyone a very, very Merry Christmas! I hope Santa will be good to everyone this year! Please be careful if you are traveling to your loved ones! I also want to thank you for making this a awesome year for me. Your sweet comments and your encouraging words makes having this blog all worth while! I am so blessed in so many ways because of this blog! It's picked me up when I've been down, it's allowed me to meet some of the greatest people and form incredible friendships! It's gave me confidence, it's helped me to step out of the box on several occasions and also got me to try a few new things lol! To my non crafty friends here at home they just don't get it and probably never will! All I can say to them is how much they are missing out on getting to communicate with some of the nicest, caring, and very talented women that I have come in contact with! Ok, before I get all sappy on you I'll wrap this up! I'm not the best writer (I bet that came as a SHOCK *wink*) I pretty much talk like I type with a thick Southern accent lol! Today I'd like to share with you a gift box that I spruced up! I picked this box up at our local Dollar General along with a bag of candy to put inside (York Peppermint Patties yummmm) I knew I needed a box and started to make one but for a $1 you just can't beat that lol! So, I confess I cheated!! This is a store bought box!!! I just love the snowmen on the Snow Friends cartridge! I still haven't got to cut every single one out yet but hopefully I will before Christmas! I used a different snowman for each side. The picture above is the front and I used Emma's Stitched Oval Die and the Gift Card Sentiment set for the Merry Christmas! I used Peachy Keens Happy Lashes for all the snowmen. I also hand cut some cardstock to look like snow! Here's a picture of the back of the box...

I used Emma's Stitched Oval Die again and the "From" is also off the Gift Card Sentiment stamp set. I colored all the snowmens faces in with my copic's and also added some stitching with a white jelly roll. Here is a another picture from the side...

On some of the snowmen I used my Gyspy and hid some of the pieces. They were just to tiny to cut out! Like for example the buttons in this photo I used a black jelly roll and colored them on! The scarf should have had some fringe on the ends but I didn't even attempt to try that lol!! Here's a picture of the last side of the box...

I added Helmar ZapDots under each Snowman. I know you can see them all from the sides but that doesn't bother me! I love the dimension the ZapDots add!

I'm not sure who I'm going to give this to just yet but I have several people in mind hee hee! I may also run back and pick some more of these boxes up! It was fun dressing it up!! I've had a blast these last 12 days and also your comments have meant the world to me! Thank you!! I guess now it's time to clean up the tornado that went thru my craft room!! Have a great week! My Creative Time's 12 Days of Christmas Day 11!

Good morning everyone! Well, our 12 Day's of Christmas is just about to come to a end sniff, sniff. I can't believe we are already on day 11! If you have arrived here from Katie's blog then you are on the right path! If not and you want to start at the beginning jump on over to Emma's blog!

Before I get into my project for the day just wanted to ask your opinion about my photo. I was playing around and added what PhotoShop calls a Vignette to the edges (that blackish looking glow) In Picnik it lets you add a white looking glow but I don't guess Photoshop has this option :( So, do you like it or not? I'm kinda half and half so just thought I'd get your reactions to what you think! Or to if you know how to change it from a black to a white glow please let me know!

Today I have another tag to share with you! I used the Very Merry Tags cartridge. I also used some pattern paper from the Imagine Cartridge, Mr. Frosty. I thought I would try something new (well new to me!) I had seen this awhile back on Sheila's, She's a Sassy Lady's Blog. Here's a link to her blog where she has a video and several examples of this type of tag. I used Peachy Keen's Everyday Character faces on the mittens. I used Emma's Scallop and Stitched Circle die plus her Mixed Holiday Sentiment set. I swear this stamp set has been very well loved! I don't even put it up! The ribbon is from my stash! Hello! Can you believe we are already on Day 10! Just two more days left! My how these days have just flew by! If your coming from the very talented Katie's blog then you are heading in the right direction! If not please head over to Emma's blog where she's getting this party started lol!

Today I have a real quick and simple tag I would like to share with you! I ran across this tag in my stash the other day and thought it was high time I used it! I also fell in love with Tracy's card! She used the adorable Santa from Simply Charmed. I had forgot all about this cute Santa and seeing her card got me really wanting to cut him out hee hee! He's also going to go perfect on my sister in laws Christmas present! I ordered her the Cake Mini for 29.95 from CricutMachine.com! I also got free shipping!! I thought that was a steal and I know she's going to LOVE it! So excited to see her face when she opens it! I used Emma's Gift Card Sentiment set for the Merry Christmas. I also used some stickles to add some sparkle :) I did some faux stitching around the tag and stamped To & From on the back which is also from the Gift Card Sentiment set (sorry forgot to photograph that side) This would be so easy to reproduce! MCT 12 Days of Christmas Day 9!

Welcome to day 9! Wow, only 3 days left!! By now, I really hope that we have inspired you with alot of your gift ideas! I know this has helped me out so much and instead of waiting to the last minute I now have some of the things finished that I wanted to do! Well, if you all remember I got my early Christmas present a month or so ago...a brand new computer! The sad thing was the editing program that I used for my photos no longer worked :( I went and purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 but have not been using it because I find it rather complicated lol! I've been using a free program called Picnik which is super simple! But after yesterday I learned my colors are not truly showing correctly so today I've tried editing this one with Photoshop! Still, not completely pleased with how this turned out but I guess over time it will get easier and hopefully my pictures will get better! For one thing, if my hubby new that I was using a Free editing program after swearing I HAD to have Photoshop (which was in my opinion way to high lol) he would KILL me hee hee!

Today I have another altered bag to show you! I love doing these! I used Snow Friends, Very Merry Tags, and Lacy Labels. I just love the Snowmen on Snow Friends and adding a peachy face to them makes them even cuter! I was worried after I cut him out that I didn't have a face that would work and was SO excited to find one on the PK Everyday Character face assortment!! Not sure if you can tell in the photo but I've added some glossy accents to his eyes. I'm really digging these colors together! I really hope they show up correctly on your screen! I figured out what cartridge I used for the snowflakes (for my other gift bag I couldn't remember and didn't list it) They are from the Lacy Labels cartridge! I know this because I had to cut some more bahahaha! I free hand cut some card stock to look like he's sitting in the snow. I used Emma's Scallop and Stitched Circle Die plus the stamp set Mixed Holiday Sentiments. I heat embossed Snowmany Hugs with Zing embossing powder. For the tag, I used the Very Merry Tag cartridge. I must confess this is only the second time I've used this cartridge (the first time you will get to see soon!) I honestly had forgot about it! I can't believe I've not used it! These tags are super quick and easy! I've added some stitching with a white jelly roll pen. On the backside, I used Emma's, Gift Card Sentiment set and added To & From. I attached it to the bag using some twine from my stash! Now hopefully I will get to use this bag!! My mom stopped by yesterday and laid claim to the other one!! I didn't mind! I even offered this one to her to if she wanted it! But I guess I got lucky and getting to keep it! It's to small for what she needed! I just may have to do some more for her hee hee! MCT 12 Day's of Christmas Day 8!

Good morning everyone! Do you have your cup of coffee yet and are your peepers ready for today's projects?!? I hope so! You don't want to miss seeing what all Emma and the DT have in store for today! If you have come from Katie's blog then your heading on the right path! If not head on over to Emma's blog to start off!

Today I have another Christmas card to share with you! I've used several different cartridges for this card! First, I used Rock Princess for the girl. For her face, I used Peachy Keen's Princess Face Assortment. I added some silver stickles to the waist of her skirt and around the neckline of her tank top. Now I know she's dressed a little skimpy for Winter but just imagine her close to the fireplace hee hee! I also added silver stickles for her bracelets (those little pieces that cut out were wayyy to small for these eyes lol) Next, I used Doodle Charms for the two bags in her hands. The pattern paper is some from my stash. I've added some Helmar ZapDots underneath the bags and placed them in her hands. For the Christmas tree and the presents I used the Winter Frolic cartridge. I used my I-Rock and some crystal gems to the bows of the packages to give them a little sparkle and also popped them up with ZapDots. I added a bigger crystal gem to the bow on the Christmas tree and added more silver stickles for the garland. I used Emma's Stitched Oval die and the stamp set Gift Sentiments for the Merry Christmas. I hope you haven't gotten tired of me using the Merry Christmas sentiment! It's been my go to for SO many things!

Welcome to Day 7 of My Creative Time's 12 Day's Of Christmas! I hope everyone is enjoying our Christmas hop! It's been so fun and we still have five more days to go! Woo Hooooo!

Today I'd like to share with you a gift card holder I made using Emma's awesome die! This seriously is going to get a work out this Christmas! I've got to make 7 more of them between now and Christmas Eve! But this die makes it SO EASY!! I seriuosly LOVE it! I also used a sentiment from the Gift Card Sentiment stamp set. I've used From our home to yours! on the outside and stamped Merry Christmas on the inside. I've been giggling to myself thinking it really needed to say From our pocket to yo pocket because basically on my husbands side that's all we do is exchange money bahahahaha! I also used a OLD (I mean several years old) stamp set that I picked up when I first started stamping. I got it from Hobby Lobby and for some reason I use to throw all the packaging away (I've wise up "some" now) so I'm sorry I can't tell you the name of the stamp set or who makes it. I used some more of my scraps to do some paper piecing and what I didn't paper piece I colored with my copics. I also added some bling with my I-Rock to the little hats. Well, that's it for me today sorry this is a short post but hubby is gone for a bit and hoping to get some craftie time in before he returns!! Thanks for looking and have a awesome day! Hugs, Leanne

MCT 12 Day's of Christmas Day 6!

Hello everyone! It's day 6 of the MCT 12 Day's of Christmas Hop! For today's project I decided to "spruce" up a kraft gift bag that I had laying around! It went from blah to ahhh in literally minutes!! This was SUPER fast to make but I love how it turned out! Now I've just got to decide who's special enough to get their present in it hee hee!! I used the Jolly Holiday cricut cartridge for the Santa and also for the gift tag. The snowflakes are also from a cricut cartridge but I must confess I've had these cut out for awhile (I never throw anything away!) so I'm not sure which cartridge they are from (sorry!) I used my I-Rock for Santa's eyes and also to the berries on the gift card. I also added stitching with my white jelly roll pen. The Santa is also raised up using Helmar ZapDots (which by the way I'm getting very low on eeekkkkkk) I used Emma's Gift Card Sentiment stamp set to stamp Merry Christmas. The To and From are also from this set. I attached the tag to the bag using some twine. Here is a closer view of the tag...

Oh and I almost forgot I used some twine to tie the small bow onto Santa's toy sack hee hee! I'm pretty sure I will use this for when we play dirty Santa! Now I just need to make one more and I'll be all set!! Thanks for looking and now it's time to hop on over to Linsey's blog! Hugs, Leanne

Hello everyone! Welcome to Day 5 of My Creative Time's 12 Day's of Christmas! I hope you have had a wonderful weekend and also are enjoying the hop!

Today I have a cute little ornament I made that I'd like to share with you! I wished I could say I came up with this idea but I'd be lying if I did lol! For a tutorial on how to make this be sure to visit Laura at The Paper Trail. I just made my own little version of it! For my little angel and how I made it my own I used George and Basic Shapes to cut some circles (since I didn't have the punches Laura had) I then used Peachy Keen's Dolly Dumplins face assortment to stamp her face. I used the Paper Dolls cartridge for her hair. I made her a little halo and necklace with some pearls and also added some to her pigtails. The flower is from my stash and I've also added a pearl for the center. The branches is a Martha Stewart punch. I used Emma's Stitched oval die and the stamp set Small Talk for the word Noel. I also used some Martha Stewart punches on the skirt and her wings. I'm so excited how she came out! It was so fun to make and I can't wait to hang it on my Christmas tree or I might just attach to a gift who knows! Well, that's it for me today! See you back here tomorrow! Hugs, Leanne

Hello everyone! Welcome to day 4 of My Creative Time's 12 Days of Christmas hop! I hope everyone is having a great weekend and getting plenty of craftie time! I know I've been getting all inky today and having a blast! So much to do with so little time to do it eekkk!! Can you believe only 21 more days to Christmas!! I panic everytime I think about it!! I promised my husband this year I would try to do better and not stress so much (I promised I would "try" not so sure it will happen lol)

For today, I decided to make another Christmas card! You can never have enough Christmas cards or at least it seems I can't! I used Winter Frolic for the cute little boy holding the tree. His face is stamped using Peachy Keen's, Wide Eyed Kids face assortment. I used the beaded oval, plain oval, and my Grand Calibur for the die cuts that are underneath him. The pattern paper is from the Snow Angel Imagine Cartridge. I used Emma's stitched oval die and her stamp set Gift Card Sentiments then I heat embossed Merry Christmas using Zing embossing powder. I also used a Martha Stewart punch for the branches.

Good morning! Welcome to day three of My Creative Time's 12 Day's of Christmas! Isn't this been so much fun!! I have loved jumping up first thing in the morning to see what Emma and the other design team members have made! I've been overwhelmed with so much inspiration! I'm so blessed to be on a design team with so many great designers! Also, I want to thank you all for the very sweet comments you have left me over the last two days! So very sweet and each one has really meant alot to me!

Ok, on to today's details! I love pinterest! I find myself getting lost in time when I get on! You literally can go for days and days looking and still not see it all! For today's card that's where I got my inspiration from! I'm sorry I don't have a link this time I saw something a couple weeks back (I think) and meant to pin it and didn't. I went back to find it and didn't see it so just winged it lol! This is a very simple card but the end results (to me) came out cute! For the tree I used mini cupcake wrappers that I had left over from last Christmas!! I just cut some in half, and then some that I cut in half I cut in half again and glued till I formed a tree! For the tree trunk I hand cut that from a brown scrap piece of paper. I used Emma's scallop and stitch die and her stamp set All Around Christmas for the tree topper. I also added a light green gem. I used some goldish looking pearls for the ornaments!

I was going to add some stitching around the edges but I think I like this one the more clean simple look! And that's it! Told ya it was easy peasy!!

I had several people leave comments wanting me to do a video tutorial on the tree I made yesterday! I promise one day I'm going to learn to make videos! I have everything I need just don't know how to edit and trust me I would HAVE to edit bahahahaha. MCT Twelve Days of Christmas Day Two!!

Good morning everyone and welcome to day two of My Creative Time's Twelve Days Of Christmas! If you have came from Katie's blog then you are heading in the right direction! If not, please start at Emma's blog here!

I'm so excited to get to share my project with you today!! It was really simple to do but a little time consuming! I used three of Emma's products: Build A Banner (for the branches), All Around Christmas stamp set (for the sentiment), and the scallop and stitched circle die. I also used George and Basic Shape cartridge for the star and a SVG file from SVG Attic, Happy Haunt Halloween Party Kit (the witches hat) for the cone shape. I also have to give a shout out to Helmar! I used their acid free glue and it worked GREAT for this project!

To start off, I cut the hat portion at fit to page and glued together. I used kraft cardstock for this. I then chose five different coordinating pattern papers from a older Christmas pad I've had for a couple of years (great way to use up paper hee hee) Instead of using my cuttlebug I used my Grand Calibur and starting cutting away using the two banner dies! I'll be honest I had no rhyme or reason to how I glued these on I just glued and prayed that at the end it would all work out and thankfully it did!! All together it took me about 4 hours (and that's with taking plenty of breaks) to get all the pieces cut and glued on. After I had that finished I then cut two stars and glued together (except for the bottom half. I left that unglued so it would slip over the top of the tree) I then stamped my sentiment onto the stitched circle and added a ZapDot by Helmar underneath and placed it on top of the scallop circle. I then glued it to the star!

I'm so proud of my little Christmas tree! It is now probably displayed on my end table! I hope you like it to! Thanks for looking and now it's time to head over to Linsey's blog to see what she's made!

Good morning everyone! It seems like FOREVER since my last post! I hope everyone had a GREAT Thanksgiving! I'm still trying to recover from eating so much hee hee! I didn't do any Black Friday shopping either I stayed home safe and sound in my bed this year lol! I can't believe Christmas is just around the corner and other than having my Christmas tree up I'm no where close to being ready eek!!!!

For todays project, (which I debated over and over if I should even show it hee hee) I got the inspiration from pinterest. I love trying to new things and putting my spin on it but then I start doubting myself and whether it looks better or worse than the original idea and that's where I'm at with this! Here's the picture of what I took my inspiration from (click here and be sure to scroll down) I think the one she made is soooo cute and mine doesn't even come close! But I will say this it was super simple, quick, and FUN! I ran up to our local Fred's and looked for the supplies to make this. They didn't have any gloves (other than black) so I started trying to look for another alternative and ran across this pair of socks which reminded me of a Santa hat. Instead of using a single bag of popcorn I used a box of candy. That was the only two items I had to purchase. I wrapped a piece of white cardstock around the box of candy and glued that. I took the face from the snowman on Doodlecharms (using my Gyspy I had to hide some parts) I glued the face parts to the front of the box. I added some chalk for the blush. I then rolled one of the socks and stuffed it inside the other one and slipped it over the top for the Santa hat. The ribbon is from my stash. I used a safety pin and a cotton ball to complete the Santa hat (I would have glued it but didn't want to ruin the socks hee hee so this way you can just unpin the cotton ball and the socks is unharmed!) Now, for the sentiment you KNOW no project is complete till you use one of Emma's awesome stamp sets! The Merry Christmas is from the Gift Card Sentiment stamp set. I will confess I did stamp it directly onto the cardstock but messed up and had to cut another piece to cover it up! So be SURE to stamp whatever you want before you glue your cardstock down!! (I always learn stuff the hard way hee hee)

My Creative Time's November Stamp Release Blog Hop!!

Happy Friday ya'll! Hope everyone has enjoyed this week of sneak peaks! Emma has really outdid herself with this release! I don't know about you but I have throughly enjoyed seeing what Emma and my other design team members designed this week using these stamps!! I have two cards to share with you today using two of the new releases Keepin It Classy and Classy And Fabulous. The first card (above) I used the cricut Formal Occassion cartridge. It's suppose to be like she is on the red carpet but for my card lets just call it the green carpet bahahaha!! I added some diamond stickles (that represents all the flashes from the camera while she is getting her picture taken hee hee) I used my I-Rock and added some gems to the poles and also to the bow up at the top of the curtain (the bow is a Martha Stewart punch) I popped the curtain up using Helmar's ZapDots. The sentiment is from the Classy and Fabulous set. I thought it went great with the scene lol! Here is a picture from the side...

Sorry about the photo I've got some light bulbs that has shot in my ceiling fan AGAIN and hubby went to change them and the top of one came off! So now he's going to have to wait till he can turn the power off to fix it!

For my next card....

Here I did some masking to create this scene. It's the first time I've ever did masking and its actually alot easier than I thought! Just be sure to remove your tape before you stamp on your actual project or you will ruin it (ask me how I know lol!!) I used my I-Rock again and added a bunch of bling to her and the little doggies! The grass is from a Fiskars or Friskars punch (I know one of them is a punch and the other one is cat food but I sure don't want to get up and go see which one is correct bahahahaha) The shape that I used to stamp the scene on is from Elegant Edges. The black polka dot paper (shadow cut) was cut from the Imagine cartridge Berries and Cream along with the green cardstock paper. The background striped pattern paper I picked up at Joann's last weekend. The sentiment is from the Classy and Fabulous set!

In December, Emma will be celebrating her one year Anniversary and she is getting this party started early!! Check out the giveaway she is giving to one lucky person!!!

Good morning and welcome to day four of My Creative Times November stamp release blog hop! Hasn't these peaks just been the best! The design team has did a amazing job! To be honest, after seeing their projects I've just kinda wanted to trash all of mine lol! Emma has really outdid herself with this release! It's AWESOME!!

Ok, now on to my card! I used a svg file from Lindsay's Stamp Stuff called A Little Lovin. I used the Imagine cartridge Berries and Cream for the owl and the hearts (on the branch) The branch and the swing I used kraft cardstock that came from Joann's. I used George and Basic Shapes to make my swing seat. I used some twine for the rope. The heart that the owl is holding is from the stamp set 100% Sweetest which will be released this Friday! This stamp set is awesome and guess what it even comes with the heart die! Yup, the die is included! I'm serious this stamp set is the BOMB lol!! I'm not sure if you can tell in the photo but I used my finger and some chalk to create clouds. The sentiment up at the top is also from this set! I popped the heart and the owls head up with Helmar ZapDots. Here's another picture from the side...

Good morning ya'll! Welcome to day two of My Creative Time's November sneaky peak week! This is going to be such a fun week you are going to love this month's release! Today I am showing you a card I made using the soon to be released stamp set called Black Belt. I used my cricut and the cricut cartridge Pagode to cut the lanterns. I added some stickles (to make it look like they were on hee hee) I went with red, black, and white as my colors. The word Karate (stamped on the red card stock) and the born to be a Black Belt are also from this set. I added some stitching with my black jelly roll pen.

Sorry about the pictures it was dark and gloomy when I was taking my pictures and could not get my lighting right :( Well, that's my peak for today! Throwback Thursday Challenge!

Hello everyone and Happy Thursday!! For todays Throwback Thursday challenge Emma wanted us to use a "Kid Friendly" cartridge to make either a card, layout, or a treat bag for a child! I haven't used Nates ABC in awhile so that's the cartridge I picked for my card! I also used my Imagine and the Imagine cartridge Hopscotch for all my paper except the kraft cardstock which came from Joann's. For his face I used Peachy Keen's wide eyed kid face assortment and added glossy accents to his eyes. I used a older (but a goodie lol) stamp set of Emma's called Turn That Frown Upside Down. I stamped the sentiment on some cardstock using Tim Holtz Barn Door Distress Ink and then matted it with some red cardstock. I used Helmars ZapDots to pop him and the sentiment up. I also used my white jelly roll pen to add lots of stitching!

My Creative Time Design Team!!

Happy Friday! I hope everyone has had a wonderful week and if your like me probably looking forward to the weekend!! Today is a EXCITING day!! Emma is announcing her new My Creative Time Design Team!! I'm beyond thrilled that she has decided to keep me on for another term!! I have LOVED being on her design team and getting to work with her and her wonderful stamps! Thank you again Emma!! I love you and your stamps!!

Ok, so most of you know me but I'm sure that Emma has some new viewers and I'd like to take this time to tell you just a little about myself! I'm 43 years old but not for long my birthday is this Sunday, November 6th when I will hit 44 (yikes!!) I've been married to my husband, Winston 19 years (20 in January) We have a one son, Kyle who is 17 and COMPLETELY knows more than me, my husband and every adult he has EVER come in contact with!!! It's never a dull moment here in the Garner household that's for sure hee hee!! I was born and raised here in Northern Alabama so I'm a true Southerner! Back in 2007 my husband and son started racing rc cars for a hobby and that got me wanting a hobby or craft of mine own! As soon as I seen the info commercial for the cricut I was hooked and that is where my journey began! I love to scrapbook but will be honest I haved shyed away and mostly make cards and occassionally I will do 3D projects or alter items. I have a cricut expression (hope to someday get the new E2!!) and not long ago added a new member to my family the Imagine! For my card, I used two of Emma's stamp sets! The set I used on the front of the card is from her last release, Cherish The Moment. I used the cricut cartridge, Winter Frolic for the star, manger, and baby Jesus. I used Peachy Keen, Just Baby Faces for his face and colored with my copics. For the inside of my card I used the sentiment Wishing You a Heartfelt Holiday from the Mixed Holiday Sentiment set. That whats so great about Emma's stamp sets you can mix and match to fit any occassion!!

Snowmany Hugs - Peachy Keen Challenge #64

Hey! Today has been a nasty day here! It's been raining and the wind will nearly cut you into! I had a eye doctors appointment or I would have not stuck my head out! I am sooo not looking forward to Winter lol!

I'd like to share with you my card I made for the Peachy Keen Challenge. I used the cartridge Snow Friends for the snowman and Lacy Labels for the shapes behind him. I used the Imagine cartridge Mr. Frosty for the pattern paper and the solid paper. For the snowman's face I used Peachy Keens Happy Lashes Face Assortment. The sentiment is from My Creative Time Mixed Holiday Sentiments stamp set. This challenge was a sketch challenge. I was suppose to use some ribbon but I didn't have any to match so I had to leave that part off :( I used Helmar's ZapDots to pop the snowman up.

Hey! I'm back (in the same day I might add hee hee)!! I know kinda funny I went from a Halloween card to a Christmas card!! I've completely skipped Thanksgiving! I need to make a note to myself to do a few of those up soon also!

This card popped into my head this evening and it seemed like I couldn't rest till I made it! That ever happen to anyone else?! I just love this Triple Tree with snow stamp from D.R.S. Designs. I was able to get it last year when I guest designed on their blog. I think it looks great paired with Emma's adorable snowman from the All Around Accessories stamp set. I did some paper piecing (the paper I used to piece with is from some scraps printed from the Imagine cartridge Mr. Frosty). I then cut it out and popped it up with Helmar's ZapDots. I used my copics to color the trees and to add some shadowing to the snow and snowman. For the sentiment, Happy Holidays I used another one of Emma's awesome sets, All Around Christmas.

Peachy Keen Challenge - Creepy Cute!

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been missing the last few days! I wished I had a real good excuse but I don't won't to lie to you! I've been just plum lazzzyy hee hee! It's been really chilly (well, for me it is my husband thinks I've lost my mind!) and I have spent alot of time curled up on the couch with a blanket!! When it turns cold I don't function to well...I'm already missing my flip flops :(

I want to share with you a card I made this morning for the Peachy Keen challenge, Creepy Cute! I love Peachy Keen stamps they just add a cuteness to anything you use them with! I used the cricut cartridge, October 31st for the melting candle. I used my Gyspy and the hide feature to turn this into a blackout and cut it from white cardstock. I then used the same image and blacked out everything but the flame and cut it out in orange cardstock. I used the PK 692 Monster Mash Face Assortment. I colored the eyes and did just a little bit of shadowing with my copics. I then added glossy accents to the eyes. I also added some diamond stickles to add some sparkle! I used Helmar ZapDots to pop it up. I used two of My Creative Time stamps sets (Mixed Holiday Sentiments & XL Label Borders) plus the XL Label Die. I also used the same PK set (Monster Mash) to heat emboss the three different faces on the black cardstock. I used the Martha Stewart drippy goo punch and then added some ribbon from my stash on top. I added some faux stitching with my white jelly roll pen.

Hey! I hope everyone has gotten off to a great start this week! I have my first appointment with the MS doctor tomorrow. It seems like I've had to wait forever. You won't hear me say this often but I'm so ready for this appointment! I've got a ton of questions of hoping to have them all answered!!

I'd like to share with you a Halloween card I made! I've used the svg file, Spooky Friends from SVG Attic! This is such a cute file! It has 9 different characters and can be purchased for $5.99! I used the cute little mummy for my card! I added googly eyes and I also did some shading with my copics. The little spiders (I know I probably went a "little" overboard with them hee hee) are from a punch I got out of the dollar bin at Joann's. The background shape is cut from the Elegant Edges cartridge. I used the drippy goo punch from Martha Stewart up at the top. I used the stamp set Mixed Holiday Sentiments by My Creative Time for my sentiment. The fence is also another Martha Stewart punch. I also added tons of faux stitching!! I used Helmar's ZapDot's underneath the mummy to pop him up! Here's a picture from the side so you can see him popped up!

Happy Saturday everyone! We woke to our first freeze warning here in Alabama. Brrr it was COLD!! But as the day went on it warmed up and actually turned out to be a gorgeous day! The hubs and I went to Best Buy today. I broke down and purchased Adobe PhotoShop Elements 10. I'm thinking I may have to go back to college to work this program hee hee! I know it's going to take some time learning thats for sure. I miss my little glow that I was putting around my pictures sniffle, sniffle. If this program does it I haven't figured out how! Oh well, I'm just soooo not good with change. Does anyone know Bill Gates from MicroSoft (any blood relatives out there????) If so, please tell him to come out with a newer version of MicroSoft Picture It!! I want it back!!

Ok, nuff whining (or at least I will wait till I'm finished with this post lol) I have some cute little treat bags to share with you today! I've had these made for a little while I just have not took pictures of them till now. I figured I better, the candy I have in them is slowly disappearing lol! I used Mini Monsters and the Imagine cartridges, Lori's Garden and Imagine More Cards for the pattern paper.

The pattern paper here is from Imagine More Cards. I used Emma's All Around Halloween for the sentiment.

For the bat treat bag, the pattern paper is from Lori's Garden. I also used Emma's All Around Halloween stamp set for this one to! I also added some googly eyes and some stitching!

I had started making these before I got sick. I was going to make them for all my girls in Bunco. It was suppose to be my turn to host Bunco at my house in October but I switched for December. Hey everyone!! I hope you have enjoyed this week of sneaky peeks! I just love this release and I believe you will to! I'm loving my new computer! I spent yesterday afternoon getting it and my new printer all set up! The only thing I'm disappointed with is my photo program (what I edit my pictures with) doesn't work with this one sniff, sniff. In a panic, I emailed my pictures (after I finally found a free photo program to use online) to Emma to fix for me! It was probably older than my computer was lol! I am now going to have to buy one so any suggestions on what you use I'd love to hear! I was using Micro Soft Picture It (2000 lol) It was such a simple program to use and all the ones I have been researching looks sooo hard! So if you know any that you can recommend please let me know!!

Ok, sorry to ramble hee hee!! Today I'm using the All Around Birthday Time set. This works perfectly with Emma's Scallop & Stitched Circle Die! Here is the full set..

I used Birthday Bash and the cricut Imagine cartridge Berries and Cream for my card. I added some bling to the bows and also some faux stitching around the presents. I used Emma's die, Scallop and Stitched circles to stamp my sentiment on. The sentiment is actually stamped with some purple ink but looks black in the photo :( I also used another one of the new release sets, Cherish This Moment...

Here is a picture of my card from the side. I've added Helmar's ZapDots under the presents (love these lol)

Happy Thursday!! Welcome to the last day of our sneak peeks before the Big release tomorrow! Today's sneak peek is using a set called All Around Birthday Time. These work perfectly with Emma's Scallop & Stitch Circles die!

For my card today, I used a svg file from Cooking With The Cricut. This is another file that I had forgotten about! I have went thru all my svg files and got them more organized (they were in a mess lol) I did this because I ordered a new computer (actually just arrived a few minutes before I started typing this post hee hee) and wanted to back up all my files and also wanted them to be organized when I did! I used my Imagine and the Imagine cartridges Berries and Cream for the paper. I used Emma's scallop & stitch circle die for my sentiment which says Sweet Birthday Wishes just for you. I then stamped the cute little truffle (included in this set) in the center and used my copics to color. For the inside of the card, I just added a piece of white cardstock with a little strip of the pattern paper from her dress. Here is a picture from the side...

Today we are featuring a set called XL Label Borders! So those of you that have the XL Label die this is a MUST have lol!! Those of you that don't have it I'm sure you will want it after today's sneaky peeks!!

Here's the picture of my project again...

I wish I could make my photos bigger! I'm not sure why I can't :( I had so much fun making this witches hat! For my hat I used a SVG file from SVG Attic called Happy Haunt Halloween Party Kit. Jessica has some really awesome svgs! If you haven't checked out her store you really should! I'm sure you will find her svg files are to die for hee hee! My paper is by My Mind's Eye and the name of the paper stack is Haunted. LOVE this stack (love it so much I'm having a hard time letting go of it lol)

Here I've used Emma's X-Large Label die and one of the border stamps from the stamp set. I'm sorry I am not sure where I got the svg file for the witch. I was cleaning up my svg folders and ran across it . Behind the label I've made a rosette and behind that is the left over piece when I was cutting out my brim for the hat! I also used Emma's, Mixed Holiday Sentiments for the October 31st. The spiders are some that I had left over from Halloween a few years back.

For my flowers, I used a McGill punch for the black rose and for the other two they were made using the cricut cartridge, Flower Shoppe.

Good morning and welcome back to MCT sneak peek week! Today we are featuring the cutest set called, All Around Accessories! Your going to LOVE these! The set includes 6 hand drew images by Emma and they are absolutely adorable!! For my card, I used the snowman!

Ok, lets get started with my project! I have TONS of photos to share with you! (This was a little hard to get good pictures sorry) I used the Cricut Project Cartridge, Sweet Tooth Boxes to make this triangle box you can find on page 9. I cut this at 9 1/4. I printed out my pattern paper on the Imagine using the Snow Angel cartridge but then I used my Expression to actually do the cutting.

I just love the bow that was also included with this box! The flower was made using the Cricut Project Cartridge, Flower Shoppe. I used a button from my stash and then I also sprayed it with glimmer mist. The green glitter chipboard flourishes came from Joann's dollar bin and I've had them for awhile!

Here's a closer picture of my flower! I think it turned out pretty cute hee hee!

Here I used Emma's X-Large Label die and stamped the cute snowman. I did some paper piecing for his hat, scarf, and buttons. I used my copic markers to color his stick arms & nose then I added some shadowing around him.

Here's another look from the front of the box. I really tried to get one of it with the lid open but they kept coming out way to dark (?) so I kinda gave up on that lol! This will be perfect to give my neighbor with some cupcakes (she loves sweets hee hee)

Hello! Welcome to day one of MCT sneaky peeks! Wow! Ya'll are in for a treat this week!! Emma has outdid herself again! I just love October's release and I'm sure you will to!!

For our first sneak peek, we are using the set Cherish The Moment. It's one that I'm sure you will want to get right away! For all the solid and pattern paper I used the Imagine and the Imagine cartridge, Kate's Kitchen except for the yellow polka dot paper (it's a scrap piece) from Enjoy The Season. I used From the Kitchen for the pie and added a cute peachy keen face. The bow that I added to the cherry is a Martha Stewart punch and then added a blue gem to the center. The hearts are from the loaded images on the Imagine. I added glossy accents to the hearts, the cherry, and also to the plate that the pie is sitting on. I've also added lots of faux stitching. I'm still not real sure I'm pleased with this card! There's ALOT of could of should of''s going on hee hee!

Eek!! A Day Late!!

Hey everyone! I'm a day late in posting my project for SVG Attic :( I had every intentions on getting something posted yesterday but I wound up with a killer headache for most of the day and tried sleeping it off! But even tho I'm a day late I still wanted to share this cute svg set, Thankful Friends by SVG Attic! Isn't this little scarecrow girl the cutest!! This set has 9 adorable characters! If you haven't visited the store your in for a treat! Jessica's svg file's are AMAZING! So what you waiting for head over there NOW hee hee!!

I also wanted to play along with Peachy Keen's challenge #62. It's to create a card or layout using this sketch...

I used my Imagine and the Imagine cartridge, Enjoy The Seasons for the paper. For her face, I used Peachy Keen's #450 Wide Eyed Kids Face Assortment. The sentiment is from My Creative Time set, Mixed Holiday Sentiments and I stamped it on My Creative Time's stitched oval die. I used a Martha Stewart border punch and then added some twine. Monday Madness - Imagine That!!

Happy Monday!!! Hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend! This weekend has been one of my best weekends in awhile! I am actually starting to feel human again lol! I also was able to get out of the house!! I will say I did kinda over do it Saturday and was completely wiped out Sunday but boy was it fun! I got to go shopping which I haven't done in a month! I went to all my favorite scrappy stores of course! I did good and didn't buy anything at Joann's but Hobby Lobby well lets just say I didn't make it out empty handed! I was really impressed with Hobby Lobby! They have gotten lots of new things in and some things I have been wanting for awhile. I don't know if that's good or bad. I had finally gotten to the point I could go in and just get things I had ran out of but now I've got me a wish list a mile long hee hee!

Welcome to "Monday Madness....Imagine That" at My Creative Time! Since October is Breast Cancer awareness month Emma wanted us to base our projects on that and also to use our Imagines. I am using Emma's stamp set, Race For A Cure. This is such a great stamp set! I just love the font Emma used! The words are so pretty and this set can be used for so many other occasion's not just for breast cancer.

Ok, let me get on with the details of my card....The pattern paper is from Lori's Garden Imagine cartridge. I printed it on some kraft cardstock. The bird and the bird cage is also from Lori's Garden. The little banner (well that's what I'm calling it hee hee) was a boo boo. I was trying to cut the layers out on the bird cage and don't really know what I did but just know it wasn't right lol! I didn't want to throw it away so I used it to stamp my sentiment on! The flower is my newest toy I picked up at Hobby Lobby (with a 40% off coupon woot woot!!) It's the rose punch set by McGill's! I've been wanting these punches like FOREVER!! It was very time consuming but so fun to put together! It's not showing up so well in the picture but the petals was inked with pink Memento ink and I then spritz it with some sparkle Tsukineko mist so it's all sparkly!! I used Helmar's ZapDot's to add dimension to the bird and also to the bird cage. Here is a picture from the side...

MCT Design Team Thursday!!!

Happy Thursday!! Wow, its so good to be posting something crafty lol! I can't begin to tell you how much I have missed playing in my craft room! I've been having withdrawels hahahaha!! I've also missed using Emma's awesome stamps so since it's my scheduled Thursday I had to try to make a little something! We were to make anything but a card and here is what I've come up with using the Whimsical Calendar Days set.

I've been drinking lots of juices lately. My diet Mt. Dew just doesn't taste right anymore (which really blows I loved my diet Mt. Dew lol) My hubby picked me up some orange pineapple juice at the store in these little bottles the other day for me to try (by the way they are awesome hee hee) I'm sure they are not the healthest but they were really good! I thought it would be cute to try to alter one! I used some paper from the Jeepers Creepers paper stack by The Paper Studio that I picked up a couple of months ago at Hobby Lobby and haven't got to use yet. Love this stack (sorry you can't tell much about it in the photo but it has some awesome paper in it) I used the frame stamp and also Emma's die that coordinates with it, the XL label die. The stamp I used inside is from the dollar bin at Joann's and I used my copics to color it in. I stamped it on some kraft cardstock from Joann's. I tried painting the cap with some acrylic paint but that didn't work out so well so I used Helmar's Craft Glue and glued some ribbon around. For the very top of the cap I cut a circle from the pattern paper and then stamped a little pumpkin from Emma's, All Around Halloween set and filled it with stickles. I sent hubs to the dollar store to find some candy to fill it with and he came back with candy corn which I think was a great choice (go hubs lol) Well, that's it for my little altered bottle! Funny how life throws curve balls....

Good morning! I'm sorry it's been such a long time since I've made a post. I haven't forgotten you I promise! I also want to thank you for hanging in with me because I've been so scared since I haven't done anything I would lose followers so thank you for sticking around! I've just now got to where I'm halfway able to write up this post so it still may be short.

I also want to thank everyone sooooooooo much for the gorgeous cards and flowers they have meant so much to me and my hubby has even gotten excited when I got one in the mail! I have them all on display and look at them everyday. I am so blessed! I can defintely tell you first hand, cards DO make a difference and will put a smile on your face! So if you ever question if sending one makes a difference it does! When I can I will be mailing out more cards!

I have been diagnosed with ms and I'm not going to lie the last few weeks have been horrible. I've been in the hospital but I'm now home. When they did all the tests they have found two lesions on the critical part of my brain which is why they said everything has went haywired or the symptoms are worse but they are assuring me after all the steroids they have pumped in me that things will improve. I'll be honest I'm terrified but I am starting to deal with it a little better. It's the unknown that is scaring me but I'm going to do my very best to fight this with a positive attitude. I have battled crohns for 22 years and they told me I could fight this to!

I will be glad when I am able to get in my craft room and play. I miss it soooo bad. I will admit I have tried but everytime I start something I get so sick at my stomach I have to stop so I'm not pushing it. I just keep saying over and over to myself it will get better, it will get better lol! So, I'm going to have to get off now but just know I have not forgotten my blog or you and hopefully will be back up and running before long! Hugs,Leanne

MCT Sneaky Peek Day Four!!!

Happy Thursday and welcome to day four of MCT sneaky peeks! Today is our last day of peeks and tomorrow is the BIG release!! Are you getting excited yet?! I know we are!! I can't wait to you see these!!

For my card today, I used my Imagine and the Imagine cartridge Snow Angels. O.M.G!!!! I can't tell you how CUTE this cartridge is!! I love the little snowman (and snowgirl hee hee) they are what made me want this cartridge!! Today we are showcasing Emma's new die set and holy smokes I hate to say this because I have loved every stamp set this release BUT I have to say, we have saved the BEST for last to show you!! Make sure you put this baby in your cart fast because it will be sold out I'm guessing in seconds!!! It is absolutely ADORABLE!! It's called Build A Bannar. It comes with two different banner shapes, the little stitched circle (that my letters are stamped on), the pointy circle shape (not sure what to call it, buts it the dark brown shape in my card) and 4 small background stamps (which I didn't use but they are SUPER cute!!) For my letters J & Y they are from the new set, Anyday Bingo & Crossword that we showcased on Tuesday! I can't remember what cartridge the snowflakes were cut from (I had them from another project and just added them in). I added some stickles to them and the snow. The twine was give to me by Nikki (thank you Nikki!!) and I also used ALOT of Helmar's ZapDots and I mean ALOT!! Here is a picture from the side so you can see how also Helmar's ZapDots do their job!!

Well...it's day THREE of MCT sneaky peeks! Half way there! Just two more days and these babies will be released to purchase!! Wooo Hoooo!

Today we are showcasing the stamp set called Whimsical Calendar Days! I've used my Imagine for the background paper (Ancestry) and for the pumpkins (Enjoy The Seasons). The shape behind the calendar and the pumpkins was also made using my Imagine (stock image) and I used Enjoy The Season for a solid off white color. I just had to give my little pumpkins some faces and I used PK wide eyed face assortment for those. The leaf is from a punch and I grabbed it from my stash and just added it in! I used the Mixed Holiday Sentiment set for both of my sentiments. Also, Emma is releasing a new die that coordinates with this set called XL Label Die (sold separately) The border stamp is included in the stamp set. Love this die! I can see using it for so many different things! Also, isn't the font pretty that Emma used on the months! I used Helmar's ZapDots behind the pumpkins to give them some dimension and I also added some faux stiching.

I've added some off white card stock to the inside. I'm really starting to fall in love with my Imagine!! Especially since I've been able to get more cartridges (at very cheap prices on Ebay!) Yes, there is still tons of things I "wished" it would do but hopefully PC will perk their ears up and listen to their customers and give us what we want lol! Hello everyone! Welcome to Day Two of MCT sneaky peek week! Wow! Haven't you just LOVED what you have been seeing so far!! Emma and the other design team members just rocked yesterday's peeks!! I love sneaky peek week! It's kinda like Christmas morning, first thing I do is jump on and see what everyone has created and then oooo and awww for a bit (sure gets my morning started off in a good way hee hee)!!

Today we will be showcasing another super FUN set called, Anyday Bingo & Crossword! There is soooo many different things you can do with this set you will be AMAZED!! The super cute bingo card was specially designed! Each number represents a design team members birthday!! My birthday falls on the 6th so the number 6 is for me!! How cool is that!! She has also included some cute little images to put in the middle (the little party hat is a separate stamp) There is also a FULL alphabet in this set (that's what I used to stamp the word "PARTY") The background pattern paper and the cute party girl are from the Yummy Imagine Cartridge. The sentiment I used is from Wow! So Many Candles (I thought it went great with the girl lol) Here is a photo from the side...

My first SVG Attic Design Team Post!!!

Hey!! I'm excited!! This is my very first project I'm getting to share with you using SVG Attic's awesome cut files!! Don't you just LOVE this pumpkin! I made it using the Fall Celebration Kit and the adorable crow is from the Pumpkin Patch Collection. I love making 3D items and this pumpkin was super simple! I cut extra leaves and I also made a stem using a paper sack and some twine. I added some golden glimmer mist but that's not showing up in my photo. For the crow, I used my jelly roll pen and added faux stitches. I also popped his wing up using Helmar ZapDots. I used Helmar 450 Quick Dry for my glue (to attach the extra leaves) The twig vine thingy (not sure exactly what you call that!) I've had and I thought it looked pretty cool. Kinda like the pumpkin is still in the pumpkin patch hee hee!! If you look to the right there is a blinky for a upcoming blog hop! It's going to be spooktacular hop that you don't want to miss! Jessica has released some really awesome svg files so don't forget to head over and do some browsing and pick up her latest files!! Hey everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Welcome to day one of MCT stamp sneaky peek week! Yup, Emma has done went and done it AGAIN! Your going to LOVE these stamps hee hee!

I feel like I need to apologize right off....my projects are really, really simple and plain sniff, sniff. But in my defense I'm still not 100% feeling well. I'm suppose to be getting referred this week to a neurologist and praying that he can help straighten me out lol! So when I was playing with this release I'll be honest I was thinking simple and FAST!! But I do hope you enjoy them anyway!!

For this first sneak peek, we are showcasing the stamp set Game Night. This is a super fun set and for all of you that enjoy playing games you will love this one! It also has some Bunco items in it!!! You all know I LOVE Bunco! I have played for years and look forward each month to get to hang out with my friends and laugh like crazy ladies ha ha ha! Anyway, next month will be my turn to host Bunco and I plan on giving gift certificates for the prizes. I've already got one done for the pedicure/manicure I'm giving but this one above will probably be to one of our local restaurants that everyone loves! I used Emma's Embossed Gift Card Holder and cut it out usually some black card stock. I then heat embossed the dice and sentiment with some white embossing powder. The pattern paper is from the Black & White Imagine cartridge. So now all I like is the gift card and I'm set!! See, told ya super fast and simple but I'm sure they will love it (they have been known to give theirs in plain envelopes so they will think I'm uptown ahahahha)

Hey!! Here is another super QUICK card I made using the Enjoy the Season Imagine cartridge and Emma's My Little Fire Cracker stamp set! I wished I would have stamped the sentiment in another color other than black sniff, sniff but oh well to late now!

I was going to hold off and post this on Sunday but I decided to go ahead and post it now! I got some happy mail today and will be playing all weekend getting ready for next week! Your going to love Emma's next release!! Well, off to bed for now! Have a great weekend! Hugs, Leanne

Hello! I'm popping in with a quick and simple card (I'm really digging doing simple lol) I got Enjoy The Seasons Imagine cartridge and HAD to make something with it hahaha. I also used Emma's (aka My Creative Time stamps) I used the set Small Talk and Mixed Holiday Sentiments. I used some dew drops from The Robin's Nest and added some faux stitching. I popped the middle up with Helmar's ZapDots. My stitches are all wobbly (I promise I'm not drunk hee hee) I'm still having problems and even tho it's my left side this darn right hand wants to do the shakes to arrrrr. ANY tips on the cartridge Flower Shoppe?? I just don't have luck with this cartridge for some reason! I never know what size to cut the flower. I think I would use it more if I knew how to judge the sizes. I start out wanting a tiny flower and cut it and its HUGE and then I might want a big flower and it turns out tiny. HELP!! ANY tips would be greatly appreciated!!

Stamping Scrapping Anything Goes Challenge!

Hello!! Our challenge for SSCC is anything goes! I used my Imagine and the Kate's Kitchen Imagine Cartridge for my card. OMG! This cartridge is just sooooo cute!! I absolutely LOVE it! This card probably didn't take but a few minutes to cut AND put together! Super, super easy but I love how it came out! I used some Helmar ZapDots to pop the cherries up. The ribbon is from my stash and the cute sentiment is from the Stamping Scrapping Drink Set. I just love the cherry paper from this cartridge! For all you Imagine owners if you don't own this one its a must have!!
