Happy Monday! Yet again... ANOTHER fly by weekend!! I hope you enjoyed yours and maybe the next one won't ZOOM by hee hee!! Today is my turn to feature my project on the Peachy Keen Blog! I'm super excited to get to share my card with you there and here too!!
I'm just now getting a chance to play with the new PK-111 Kitty Kitty stamps! But aren't those kitty faces sooo cute! Makes me wish I had one for a pet! But that would NEVER work since we have a 11 year old Miniature Pomeranian that rules the roost here!! I guess I will have to stick to the paper kind hee hee!! The cat is from Car Decals. I didn't use any of the layers, I just cut the blackout layer twice (once in orange and then again in white) and paper pieced it together. Shhhhh don't tell but this is the kitty sitting in the litter box! I'm just using it as a window seal!! The window is from the Christmas Solutions cartridge. I wanted the background card stock to resemble a brick house. I don't own the brick embossing folder (which is up high on my wish list lol) so I used a fiskars basket weave embossing plate! The flowers are from Emma's new die called Flower Petal. I used a Paper Studio snowflake punch for the centers. The leaves are also from a Martha Stewart punch. The grass is from Paper Dolls cartridge. The sentiment, Happy Birthday is from Peachy Keen's April stamp club.
This is going to be a exciting week!! The Peachy Keen sneak peeks will be starting and WOW you are going to LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this release!! Thanks so much for looking! Have a AWESOME day! Hugs, Leanne

Good morning!! Today starts a new Throwback Thursday challenge over at My Creative Time (aka Emma hee hee)! I hope you have your blinders on because I've used some BRIGHT, BOLD colors for my card today! For this challenge you are to use your cricut and you can use any cricut cartridge that has a frame on it. You can link to Mr. Linky on Emma's blog and the deadline is May 9th!
I'm still trying to use cartridges that haven't had much lovin and found one that I haven't even used at ALL...Blackletter!! I believe this is one that Provo Craft added in one of the updates for free but don't hold me to it I'm just sure I didn't purchase it! All the paper is from my HUGE stash (even the pattern paper which is from the Imagine Bubblegum Stripes cartridge). I used Emma's newest release, Bloom Where You Are Planted for the flowers and also for the sentiment. I stamped the flower three times and then paper pieced with different colors of card stock. I used a older fiskars punch for the border. I then used a jelly roll pen to add some faux stitches.
I hope I haven't blinded you and your still able to see hee hee! Don't forget to head over to Emma's and see what my other awesome design team pals have made and be sure to link up!! Have a awesome day! Hugs, Leanne

Hey everyone! Sorry, I've got to make this a quick post hee hee! I'm leaving in just a little bit to spend the after noon with my parents! I'm hoping this makes you giggle because I know it did me when I was making it! I didn't have much time to play so yet again it's another super quick and easy card!! I wanted to use another cartridge I haven't played with much! I quickly scanned over my cartridge boxes and Forever Young was screaming my name! I also decided where ever the booklet opened that would be what I would cut (I like to challenge myself a little hee hee) Anyway, that's why I'm using the sunglasses hee hee! I then thought about my PK-694 The Uglies Face Assortment that I've been dying to use (thought I was going to have to wait to Halloween!) and a light bulb went off (I know scary right?!!) I could pair all of this together with My Creative Time's, You Are Perk-fect and Many Greetings set to make a "I'm Sorry" card!! I don't know about you but sometimes I can be just a little on the grumpy side!! I might even need to make several of these up to keep on hand!!
Let me get a little more into the details of how I made it, my time is running out!! I used the sunglasses from Forever Young but they are missing a layer (my cricut decided to eat that layer <---bad cricut) so, I just went with two of the layers! I did add some stitches using a Stardust Jelly roll pen that I picked up over the weekend (LOVE this pen!!) but it's not showing up so well in my picture :( I then stamped the eyeball's using Memento tuxedo black ink. I colored the eyes with a frost blue copic marker and drew lines with a red Prisma Marker. I also gave some shading underneath the eye with a copic marker. I wanted to make them look like tired eyes hee hee! I then covered each lens with glossy accents. The pattern paper is some scraps I had from the Kate's Kitchen Imagine cartridge. The border punch is by Martha Stewart. The sentiment on the front is from My Creative Time's, You Are Perk-fect and for the inside I've used a sentiment from Many Greetings, Please Forgive Me.
Well, gotta run!! I hope my card made you giggle (or at least smile hee hee) today!! Have a wonderful day! Hugs, Leanne

Happy Tuesday! I hope the week has gotten off to a good start for ya! It's rather chilly here and I'm ready for Mr. Sun to come back and warm things up!! I've got a another super quick and simple card to share with you today! I dunno I think I might be getting a little on the lazy side because simple and quick is really what I'm digging right now hee hee! I've also been looking through my older cricut cartridges and finding so many things I want to cut or try. For instance, I've used this cartridge ZooBalloo for my card. I've had this cartridge what seems like FOREVER and barely used it!! I'm making myself a mental note now to start using more of my older cricut cartridges! They need lovin too hee hee!!
I made my card using the box feature on the cartridge. There is a card feature on there also but for some reason this just snatched my attention! My card measures 5.25 x 5.25. I used PK-751 Animal Faces Medium for his cute face and PKSC-04 April 2012 release for the sentiments. I also found these little flower gems in my stash and added them too!
Well, I guess that's it for me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! Enjoy the rest of your day! Hugs, Leanne

Hello everybody!! I've got some EXCITING news to share with you! I've been busting at the seams and finally can let the cat out of the bag so to speak! I have been chosen to be on the Creative Team for Memory Miser! My term starts in May and I'm so excited! If your not familiar with Memory Miser they are a online arts and craft store! It's a home based business with excellent customer service and I say that with experience I've ordered cricut cartridges from them before! I look forward to designing and also getting to know them more on a personal level too! Woooo Hoooo it's FRIDAY!!!! We don't have really any major plans and I think it's even suppose to rain all weekend but still looking forward to getting to spend it with my hubby :) We were going to have a yard sale but that's been postponed till the weather is better! I'm going to have to get my rump in gear and start gathering everything up and hopefully this year get it priced! I usually wait till the VERY last minute and don't have time to do that lol!
I had every intention of cleaning up my craft room today (since it looks like a bomb exploded up in here) and I did get a little done (and I mean just a little hee hee)!! I also knew I needed to get a baby card made sooooo guess what won...the baby card bahahahaha!! Anyhoo, this is probably the fastest little card I've ever made! Soooo simple! It has also been one of the hardest to photograph too! I apologize for the crappy pictures! I used the New Arrival cartridge for the card base. On the right side it has a scallop edge (can't hardly see it in this photo) and I embossed the front with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder. The little duckie is also from this cartridge. I placed him on a Helmar ZapDot and popped him up in the inside of the card. I used Peachy Keen's PK-134 Bird Faces & More for his eye (which I just realized I need to go back and use my white jelly roll pen for the dot of his eye). I used My Creative Time's, All Star Baby set for the sentiment on the front and also the one on the inside!
See told ya SUPER SIMPLE and QUICK lol!! But I still think it turned out cute! It also would be super easy to reproduce! Well, that's it for me today! I'm not sure if I will get any playing time this weekend! Maybe I can sneak in and make something quick hee hee who knows! Thanks for looking and I hope you all have a GREAT and safe weekend! Hugs, Leanne

Happy Thursday to you!! Welcome to our release blog hop! Today is finally here and it's My Creative Time's release day!! Isn't this release just the BEST EVER!! Emma totally amazes me with each new release! They just keep getting better and better!!
For my card today, I will be using the new "All Around Everything" and "All Around Everything Accessories" These two sets are just loaded with cute images and sentiments for just about every occasion you can think of! I chose to work with the "Congrats Graduate" circle sentiment and the cute little cap and diploma from the accessories set. I used the color black so that it could be used for any school. The cute little graduate is from the new Paper Dolls Teen Scene cartridge. I used Peachy Keen PK-591 Groom Faces for the face. I did have to cut him out quite a bit bigger than I wanted to in order to use this face set from Peachy Keen. But I love those faces! I also used Peachy Keen's background stamp, PK-104, What Time Is it for my background paper. I used the Scallop and Stitched circle die to stamp my circle sentiment on. I also used the curly label die and another of Emma's set, Follow Your Dreams for the "We are so proud of you" sentiment. I stamped the diploma from the Follow Your Dreams set and hand cut it out. I then placed it in his hand.
I won't keep you any longer than I have to because I know you still have several more stops to go!! You definitely do not want to miss ONE single stop on this hop!! Thank you soooo much for stopping by! Next up is the TALENTED MICIA!!

Hello everyone! Welcome to day three of My Creative Time Sneak Peek week! Today is the last day of our peeks and tomorrow is release day!! I'm so excited about today's sneak! Your seriously just going to "DIE" over this one hee hee!! The two sets I will be working with today are "Floral Sentiments" and "Rolled Flower Dies".
For my card, I used the Birthday Bash cartridge for my base, all the layers even including the circle and scallop circle! The pattern paper is by Basic Grey, Picadilly. I just LOVE this sentiment that's included in the "Floral Sentiment" set! Sooo pretty!! Speaking of pretty look at those roses!! (Well, not my roses in particular but the rose die hee hee) This die is AWESOME!! It's also part of the peek today!! The die has two different types of roses (each has a different edge shape) If you click on my picture it should make it larger and hopefully you can see them better! I've used a Martha Stuart punch for my leaves. I added some clear skittles (or at least that's what they used to be called!) I believe they are called Dew Drops now!! I kinda got a little slap happy with the fuax stitching hee hee! I added it to each layer!
Today has been a gloomy kind of day! It's poured down raining ALL day! I had to do some adjusting with the lightening on this photo and may have adjusted to much lol! But anyhoo, this is a side view of the card so you can get a better look at the roses! I also finished the inside of the card by adding a layer like the front of the card in Ivory card stock.
Tomorrow is the BIG day! I can't wait to you see the whole release! Your going to LOVE it!! Thanks for looking and all your sweet comments this week on my sneak peeks! I'll see you back here bright and early Friday morning for our blog hop! Have a wonderful day! Hugs, Leanne
I also made a quick video!! It's my very FIRST one to ever do sooooo please be easy hee hee! I was a NERVOUS wreck! Trust me, I'm far from being a pro and hopefully over time it will get easier! I bet you I have a least a gazillion flowers cut out and ready to roll that's how many times I messed up and would have to restart!!! Hopefully, it will least give you a little idea on how to use the die! So without further ado I present you with my VERY FIRST VIDEO!!! Ta Daaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
I still have to figure out how to add music and a pretty little screen with my blog address to the beginning!! Baby steps...baby steps!!!!

Good morning and welcome to day two of My Creative Time sneaky peek week! Did you just not LOVE yesterday's peeks from the design team! I can't WAIT to see what they have created for us today! The set we will be showing today is called "Bloom Where You are Planted".
Today's card is made using my Imagine and also my E2! I used the Imagine cartridge, Vintage Papers for all the card stock and also the pattern paper. The jar is from the Doodlecharm cartridge. I used my copics to color the jar and also added a layer of glossy accents. The bouquet of flowers is from the release and I've paper pieced it. The set not only has some gorgeous flower images it contains sentiments too! I'm not sure if your able to see in the photo but the sentiment reads "Friends are flowers in the garden of life..."
I hope you have enjoyed today's peek! Be sure to head over to Emma's to see what she and the other design team ladies/gent. (cannot forget Trell hee hee) created for thier sneak peeks!! I'm sure they will blow your socks off!! Thanks for looking and I hope you have a wonderful day! Hugs, Leanne

If your looking for My Creative Time's Day One Sneak Peek PLEASE scroll down!!
Hello!! I'm so excited and honored to be a guest designer on on Liz's Paper Loft today! I've always admired Liz's creations! Everything she makes is absolutely gorgeous!! I can't wait till she is able to return to the crafty world! I miss you Liz!!
I whipped this up this evening (nothing like waiting to the last minute huh!) using the Birthday Bash cartridge! I thought this postage shape card also went great with Emma's set, Happy Mail! I also tried something a little new for me by not inking any of the edges! I notice that a lot of the cards in magazines are not inked so I thought I would give it a try! This cute little snail is also from the Birthday Bash cartridge. For the face, I used the newest release from Peachy Keen PK-112 Cherub Face Assortment. The cute little heart that is holding the envelope sealed plus the sentiment I used are both from My Creative Time's, Happy Mail set. I added some stickles to the heart for a little bling!
Thank you soooo much Liz for having me today! I hope you are feeling much better and I'm praying for a speedy recovery! Love and miss you bunches! Hugs, Leanne
Now, Liz has some exciting news to share with you, but not quite yet. However, in the meantime, while she's recovering, she is reading every comment! Not only is she reading them, but she's counting them too, because at the end of all of this she will have two big announcements! The first will be a winner of some exciting BLOG CANDY! The second, it's a big one... and no, she's not coming out with stamps... you'll just have to wait and see!
Sneak Peek Giveaway Time!
With all of our Sneak Peek weeks, Emma likes to do some FUN giveaways!***All you have to do is leave comments on our blogs! Happy Monday to you and also welcome to day one of My Creative Time sneak peek week!! Emma's done it again with another AWESOME release! Today the design team is showcasing two sets called "All Around Everything" & "All Around Everything ACCESSORIES". For those of you that have the scallop and stitch circle die your going to LOVE these two sets!!
For my card, Emma assigned us each a different image to use in the All Around Everything Accessories set. I'm showing the cute little sun with sunglasses! I've used it on my background and also in the center of my sentiment! I made my background by heat embossing with Zing white embossing powder and using Tim Holtz Mustard Seed distress ink. I also did the same with my circle sentiment (sentiment is from the All Around Everything). The scallop and stitched circle die are also by My Creative Time and are for sale now! The little duck is by Peachy Keen (CC-PK4X4-020) and I've also used the duck accessories (CC-PK4x6-004) for the little flower on top of his head! I've attached the duck to the card with a action wobble! The red scallop boarder and the grass are both from a fiskars punch. The bottom white layer is embossed with the Swiss Dots embossing folder.
I finished the inside off by adding some white card stock and a grass boarder using the fiskars punch. That's it for me today! I'll be back with day two sneaks tomorrow and I'm also a guest designer on Liz's Blog (Liz's Paper Loft)! Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoyed day one's sneakie peek!! Hugs, Leanne
Apr 12, 2012
Happy Thursday everyone! Wow, this week for me is just FLYING by! I haven't got as much accomplished as I had hoped! I thought for sure since I got my house work finished on Monday that I would have all sorts of time to play but nope it's not working out that way!!
For April's Stamp of the Month, Emma has not only chose one set but two!! The stamp sets of the month are Camera Shy and My Teacher Rocks. I will be showcasing My Teacher Rocks for my project today!
I tried something new that I've not done before! I used the cartridge, A Child's Year and did some paper piecing. I cut the image out 7 times in all the different colors and patterns I wanted to use. I love to paper piece! I feel like it really relaxes me! I love this cartridge but sometimes I really wished it would have been one with layers. Don't get me wrong, I love the look of silhouette's but I also struggle creating with them too! I used Zing white embossing powder for the sentiment on the chalkboard. The card stock I used has little specks of gray and dark brown. I believe it came from Hobby Lobby but since it was in my stash of scraps I'm not really sure. Anyway, I thought it reminded me of a concrete wall! I also used gray (it reminded me of concrete too hee hee) I used my white jelly roll pen to add some stitching.
I also added a sentiment to the inside that reads "You are Truly Appreciated".
I almost forgot to mention there will be a linky party! If you own either one of these sets be sure to make something with either one or both and link up at Emma's!! You can get more details on her blog! These two sets will also be on sale if you don't own them! Thanks for looking! Have a AWESOME, AWESOME day!! Hugs, Leanne
Apr 10, 2012
Happy Tuesday! Everyone having a good week so far? So far so good here at the Garner home! I got my housework finished yesterday so I could have more playing time this week yipee!! Well, all except for my craft room and it looks like a bomb has been dropped in here lol! I started "trying" to organize a little last night and it didn't take me to long to decide it could wait till I was more in a get rid mood instead of the hoader mood I was in. I seriously may have to call in for back up!! For example...I have 2 Scor Pals and a Martha Stewart one! I know I only need one and only use one but it breaks my heart just thinking I need to get rid of 2 of them! See, told ya I NEED HELP!! If you notice up at the top of my blog my bestie is making me some separate pages and one of those is For Sale. I plan on adding some things before long so you may want to keep a eye on that page! The navigation bar is still under construction right now but knowing my bestie Debbie (she's the best) will have it up and going before long! Speaking of her and my blog isn't it the cutest!! I'm soooooo proud of it! She's made me all kind of little badges like for my Etsy Shoppe, my Facebook, and a cute little envelope where you can contact me by email! Sweeeeeet!! If you need a blog redo seriously contact her I think she's done a awesome job!! On the left hand side of my blog look for her badge under the header Bestie! Click it and it will take you to her blog where you can get her contact information!
Ok, I guess that's enough rambling from me! I'll get on with my card I made today!! Isn't it funny sometimes where you get your inspiration from! I was on HSN website this morning and actually was doing a search for punches and this came up in the search...
I knew right then I was making SOMETHING with owls today hahaha! So, I looked through my cartridges and decided to go with the owls from Nate's ABC and Kate's ABC. I think for me the hardest part of the WHOLE card was trying to decide what colors to make my owls! But I found this card stock in my scraps and Lord knows I need to use my scraps!! I hid the eyes using my Gyspy so I could use my Peachy Keen stamps! I used PK-134 Bird Faces and more and added some glossy accents. I also used from the latest release PK-107 Cloudy Day background stamp (TOTALLY LOVE this background stamp!!) I then used My Creative Time's (aka Emma) Stitched Oval die and her stamp set Many Greetings for the sentiment. I used Helmar ZapDots to pop the sentiment up!
I also made a card yesterday and I'll be able to share it with you on Thursay! Hopefully, I can get in here and make something else before hubby gets home just not sure! I'm sloowwww at making cards! Thanks for stopping by today! Hugs, Leanne
Apr 5, 2012
Good morning! Today starts a new challenge over on the Peachy Keen Challenge Blog!! For this challenge, we are using the following sketch...
You can create a card or layout it's your choice! Since I haven't done a layout in like FOREVER I thought I would just stick to making a card hee hee! I used the cricut cartridge Birthday Bash for the kitty and cake. I used PK-440 Cute & Cuddly Face Assortment for the kitty's face. For the sentiment, I used April's newest release PKSC-04. The front has Take time and on the inside I used two more of the stamps from this release to celebrate & Happy Birthday. This is release is just FULL of AWESOME sentiments and also the cutest images and those cute faces that we all LOVE!! I've added stitching using a Le Pen from Marvy. The paper is by Echo Park the This & That collection.
Thanks for stopping by and be sure to play along with us on the sketch challenge! Have a wonderful weekend! Hugs, Leanne
Hello peeps!! By now I'm sure you have all got to see Peachy Keen's April release but just in case you haven't OMG! you must check them out! I also hope that you were able to join us at the release party over on The Peachy Keen Connection! It was so fun! It moves so fast but close to the end I think I had things about figured out hee hee! We have two challenges up that you should go check out there's going to be a grand prize winner of a $50 gift certificate!! How cool is that!! So you really want to play along with these challenges to be entered to win!!
The first challenge is to use the color peach in your project. I used my Imagine and the Lori's Garden imagine cartridge for my paper. I kept this card really simple but I loved the pattern paper so much that I didn't think it needed alot! I used the new Aprils stamp club kit PKSC-April for the cupcake. I also used the add on set PK-106 With a Cherry on top for the candle, frosting, and sentiment. The sentiment on the front reads "Happy Birthday" and the inside reads "Hope you birthday is as sweet as you are". And of course I had to give that cute cupcake a face so I used my favorite set PK-293 The Cornies! I added glossy accents to the eyes and also to his teeth.
The challenge will be opened till Sunday night 10:00 pm so be sure to get your projects done and uploaded! I can't wait to see what you make!! Hugs, Leanne
Hi ya! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!! It's a AWESOME day here and you wanna know why?? It's Peachy Keen's RELEASE Day woooo hooo!! Don't forgot tonight over at the Peachy Connection we are having a release party! There will be lots of chatting, challenges, trivia questions, and PRIZES!! Be sure to invite all your friends we don't want anyone left out!
Here's another simple card to share with you today! I just got the Paper Dolls Teen Scene cartridge and wanted to do up a real quick card with one of the girls! This one is the workout girl (I guess that explains those tiny weenie shorts she's got on I hope hee hee) I've used PK-107 Cloudy Day background stamp (which I loveeeee) and for her face I used PK-660 Laughy Taffy. The sentiment is also from this new release PK-105 Happy Hour. I guess by now you probably already know the grass is from my fiskars punch hee hee! I seriously use that punch ALOT!! The border is also another fiskars punch (trying to use my border punches a little more lol)
I finished it off by adding a piece of white card stock to the inside but I left it blank. Thanks for looking! Hugs, Leanne
Apr 4, 2012
Hello everyone! How's things going in your neck of the woods?! I've had a nice day today. My parents came out for a visit which was nice! After my hubby got home from work we rode up to my in laws and had a nice visit with them. We came in and I've been curled up on the couch watching t.v.! LOVED American Idol tonight! This season to me is the best season I've watched!!
I made this card just right after I got my E2. One of the things that excited me with this machine was the fact you were able to cut images from the Imagine cartridges! I had to try that out!! I used Kate's Kitchen for the dog. I just love his ears and how they stick up hee hee! I used the Birthday Bash cartridge for the postage shape. I can't remember the exact size I used but this still will fit in a A-2 size card. The little sun is from the Doodlecharms cartridge and I used PK-450 Wide Eyed kids for the face. For the doggies eye I used PK-136 Large Bear Facial features and for his mouth PK-494 Everyday Character Parts. The background is that fabulous new background stamp, Cloudy Days from this months release! It goes on sale tomorrow and this is one that you really want to get (you'll really want them all)!! The grass is my fiskars border punch (sure hope your not getting tired of seeing this punch hee hee) The flowers are from the Bloom Cricut lite cartridge. I added some crystal gems to the centers using my I-Rock. The sentiment is by My Creative Time's, My Favorite Sayings stamp set. The twine is from my stash.
I added a extra layer of white cardstock on the inside and the inside is blank. Tomorrow is release day and we are celebrating with a "Party Theme" on the Peachy Keen Connection starting at 6 p.m. (CST) There will be chatting, sharing, challenges, and of course PRIZES!! I just know your going to love this new release and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow night! Please feel free to share and invite your friends for all the fun! The more the merrier!! Thank you so much for stopping by! Hugs, Leanne
Good morning! Rise and Shine!! It's Peachy Keen Sneak Peek day! Haven't the ladies been doing a awesome job on their peeks this week! I'm telling you this release is just to darn cute! I've got several cards I've made but I thought I might spread them out over the next few days!
I've used the April's Peachy Keen stamp club set for my card. I also used my Imagine and the Kate's Kitchen cartridge for all my paper. I used it also to paper piece the cute little coffee cup! Eeekkkk isn't that little face a cutie too! It's from this set and the sentiments are also included! This set is full of sentiments and some really, really cute images!! I used a MoJo Monday sketch (I love their sketches hee hee)
Don't forget to head over to the Peachy Keen blog to see the other design team members sneak peeks! They are really WOWING me with their projects!! Thanks for looking and I hope you have a wonderful day! Hugs,Leanne
Hello again!! Can you believe I've had THREE posts in ONE day!!! I've had so much fun playing in my craft room the day has just flew by! I guess I'm going to have to call it a night when I get finished with this post and get to bed! Getting up to cook hubby breakfast may be a tad hard in the morning!!
For this card, I used the Playtime cartridge for the little girl and her puppy. I used Peachy Keen's January Stamp Club for her face and for the puppies eye I used PK-134 Bird Faces (I know you probably think I'm nuts cuz this is definitely no bird!! hahaha) The background is from this release and I think I've already said this a few times but I've got to say it again! I am in LOVE LOVE LOVE with this stamp! I used my fiskars grass punch (another thing that I love and use all the time lol) The sentiment is from My Creative Time's, My Favorite Saying stamp set.
Don't forget this is sneaky peek week so be sure to visit the Peachy Keen Blog each day for lots of cute projects that the design team has been doing! I have a card scheduled first thing in the morning with another sneak peek! I'd love for you to come back and check it out also! For now I'm heading to la la land! Hugs, Leanne

Hello again hee hee!! I'm back with another card to share! I just wasn't in the mood to do house work today so I spent the afternoon playing! That seems to be the only thing I've wanted to do lately that or sleep! I figured since I got a little of my mojo back I better not jinx it now!!
I used the Give A Hoot cartridge for my owl and I used my Imagine and the Imagine More cartridge for my paper. The scallop and plain oval are nestibilities. See that cool cloud background?!! It's part of the new Peachy Keen release! I absolutely LOVE this background stamp! The sentiment is from My Creative Times, Just a little note To Say stamp set. The front reads Just a little note to say and the inside reads Happy Thoughts Coming you way! I used a fiskars border punch for the scallop edge.
Thanks for looking and I'll see you back here tomorrow for some more Peachy Keen Sneak Peeks! Hugs, Leanne
Gooood morning!! This week is Peachy Keen Sneak Peek release week and boy have I had FUN playing with this release! If you haven't been over to the Peachy Keen Blog I highly recommend heading over there! The design team ladies are doing a awesome job showcasing this release!! It's not my turn till tomorrow but I thought I would "sneak" a little early peek in today!!
I've decided to try again with my Etsy Shoppe (wish me luck!) I've only got one card added right now so I thought I would try working on making some new cards to add over the next few days. I'm also trying to thing of other things I can add to sell that might do well so if you have any suggestions and don't care to share I would sure appreciate it! I've got to get some extra income flowing in here SOME HOW!!!
For today's card, I used the Simply Charmed cartridge to cut this cute cake out! I used my Imagine and the Yummy Imagine cartridge for the pattern paper and also for the solid colors. I used one of my favorite Peachy Keen face stamps, PK-293 The Cornies for the faces on the candles (they just make me smile!) For the sentiment, which reads...Hope your birthday is and the inside reads...as sweet as you are is from this month's release add on set! I don't have a link for it yet. I used My Creative Time's Stiched Oval Die to stamp the sentiment on (on the front of the card). I used the Happy Birthday cuttlebug folder on the background for the embossing. I added some stickles to the edges of the frosting on the cake just to add some sparkle and the ribbon is from my stash.
I would appreciate it also if you would help spread the word about my Etsy Shoppe! I need all the help I can get! I'll be adding the link to my sidebar soon! Oh and speaking of my blog!!! Are you liking my blog redo so far?!! I'm lovin it! Still have some moving around to do and some tweaking but I think it's turning out so cute!! Thank you to my bestie Debbie for doing this for me!! If your in need of a blog lift she's taking orders now!! Click on her name to head over to her blog and you can get her info from there!! Thanks for stopping by! HUGE hugs, Leanne

Happy Monday to everyone! Did everyone have a nice weekend? Nothing majorly exciting happened at my house (which is a GOOD thing lol!) We was able to get a few things that needed to be done on Saturday (yipee!!!) Sunday I spent most of the afternoon with my parents which I LOVE to do!
First off, I want to give credit to two people that inspired me in making this card. I always like to give credit where credit is due! I took my inspiration from this card. I fell in love with it the moment I ran across it on Pinterest! The second person I would like to give credit to is my friend Nikki (I seriously LOVE anything she makes!!) I loved her rainbow treat bag and how she shadows things in black. My card is not as detailed as the one Amy made. I kept mine quick and simple! I started out by cutting the rainbow from the Simply Charmed Cartridge. For the smaller cloud, I used my Gyspy, the cloud layer from the rainbow and copied the layer then reduced it down in size. The faces I used are PK-450 Wide Eyed Kids face assortment. I used the Fiskars grass punch and punched 3 strips of grass then layered them. The scallop border punch is also by Fiskars. The ribbon and button are both from my stash. The sentiment is by My Creative Time from the stamp set, Just A Little Note To Say. I heat embossed it with Zing white embossing powder. Here is another picture from the side...
That's it for me today! Don't forget this is sneaky peek week for Peachy Keen's April release! I'll be back with several cards I made using the new release starting on Wednesday!! Thanks for looking! Hugs, Leanne
