Gooood morning peeps! How is everyone this morning! I'm up bright and early and raring to go! I was told over the weekend that I was way to chipper of a person early in the morning! My son, his girlfriend, and I got up and went to some yard sales on Saturday and was up and gone by 6 in the morning! I'm all smiles and giggles while them two was complete zombies hahaha!! I am a morning person and wake up 99.9% of the time with a smile on my face!! It's something my husband or son really need to learn to do :) My son is usually cranky till he gets good and awake. My husband is just really quiet and won't say a lot when he first gets up! It makes it really hard on me because I wake up usually singing hahahaha!! Anyhoo, I'm up and ready for this beautiful day!!
This week you are in for a real treat! Emma's release is going to completely knock your socks off so be prepared! This is one of her biggest releases yet and just may have to be my favorite too! Today we are featuring a set called, Piles of Smiles! Just wait till you see the whole set and I think you will agree the name suits it perfect! My assigned sentiment is Give Thanks! For my card above, I wanted to use another one of the card features from the new CTMH Artiste cartridge! This one is found on page 69 of the handbook! I also used the Old West cartridge for the fence. The grass is a Fiskars punch. The cute little turkey is one of the included images on this set also! I paper pieced him and then stamped my sentiment on his sign that he's holding!! The grass and the turkey are both raised up using pop dots. I then added some faux stitching around the edges. Now onto the inside!!
I've used one of Emma's older releases, Race For A Cure for the first sentiment, I'm a Survivor! I just had to giggle as I was stamping it! Poor turkey! You know Thanksgiving is not his favorite Holiday bahahaha! I have two more sneaks on this tag (shhhh don't tell the boss lady hee hee) the leaves and the other sentiment Happy Thanksgiving! OMG! you will flip out over the leaf die! It's so cute and cuts so beautifully! I also used some twine that my Bestie Debbie sent me!! Thank you so much Debbie!! I wub u bunches!!
I hope you have enjoyed my sneak and be sure to check out Emma and the other design team members blogs today! They will also be sharing sneaks from the Piles of Smiles set and as always they blow me away with their talent!!
