Hey everyone! We are doing things a little different now at Lindsay’s Stamp Stuff. Instead of posting on Thursday only we are now being able to post any day of the week or as we get projects done. Lindsay is such a great person to design for! She understands that life sometimes gets in the way of fun stuff and also there’s weeks that your mojo likes to go into hiding lol. She will still offer her freebies on Thursday and on Friday’s she will be doing a recap of all our projects on her blog. You can find a list of links to all my design team members and Lindsay’s blogs on my sidebar so be sure to visit them! Ok, now on to my project! I want to apologize for my crappy picture :( I could not get the lighting right in my little space I photograph in. This is much cuter in person and I wished you could see it in real life! I found the movie strip picture frame at Michaels (I believe it cost $2) and thought it would be fun to decorate it all up with Lindsay’s Retro Movie Clip cutting files. They were so fun to cut and piece together! I haven’t added any pictures yet to my frame because to be honest I haven’t gotten any! I don’t know why we have movie nights here alot! We have teenagers in and out (Kyle and his gang) and one of the things they like to do is rent movies and eat popcorn! So the next time I’m going to sneak out my camera and take some pictures hee hee. Which then I can use these files again to make layouts with cool huh? Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!
Hello everyone! I hope you are having a great week! Our challenge at SSCC is to use the color pink and here is what I’ve come up with! I’ve had the cartridge A Childs Year for a long time and to be honest I’m not sure I’ve ever used it before! I’ve been really trying to use my cricut more and exploring my cartridges. It seems I own several that need the dust knocked off of them lol! But anyway, that is where I got the fairy! Other than my cricut my next love is Spellbinders dies so I used the Spellbinders Nestibility label nine for the chocolate cardstock. I used white zing embossing powder and the Spellbinders Matching stamp set Dash It All for the border (another love lol). I also used the Spellbinders Ribbon Tag Trio 2 to stamp my sentiment on using Memento Rich Cocoa ink. I used Emma’s, at MyCreativeTime stamp set Polka Dot Surprise for the sentiment. I didn’t have any ribbon to match so I just cut me a strip of the same chocolate cardstock and ran it thru. I forgot to mention earlier and I know it’s hard to see but on the fairy I did use some stickles! Thanks for looking and have a wonderful weekend!

Top of the mornin’ to you! Rise and shine it’s going to be a gorgeoussssss day!! Today is Throwback Thursday’s at Emma’s and I’m so excited because this is also my week to show off Emma’s awesome stamps!! For this card I actually used TWO of her stamp sets My Journaling and I Believe In Leprechauns! The sun, clouds, and 4 leaf clovers are from the Lucky Bear Collection at MyScrapChick.com. For my sun I used Peachy Keen’s Everyday Character Face Assortment (don’t you just think he’s cute peeking out behind that cloud hee hee) . I also used my cuttlebug and the divine swirl embossing folder to emboss the white cardstock. I outlined the clouds with stickles and also added some stickles to the journaling stamp. Well, that’s it for me for now! I hope you like it and I hope I showed that you can use the journaling stamps in card making also not just for layouts! Now head over to Emma’s and see what Emma and the other design team members are going to wow you with! As always, I wish you a wonderful day and hope that where ever you are there is plenty of sunshine no matter if it’s a cloudy day! Hugs!!
