Hip Hip Hooray!

Hello everyone! I hope ya'll are enjoying your Saturday! It's raining here today. We had plans of getting up early this morning and going to yard sales but instead we got to sleep in! We really need the rain so I don't need to complain but just a little disappointed, this was the day for a annual yard sale that goes for miles! I wanted to share with you a card that my mom asked me to do. My mom's Sunday school class each has a teen that they are paired with to pray for. The person she has is in college and had some really hard tests to take this past week. She from what I understand did really well so mother wanted to give her a card to let her know how proud she was. I didn't have alot of time so I had to make it simple but I still wanted it to be cute. I used my Cricut Create a Critter (all those little critters are so cute!!!) I love this cartridge the layering is sooo simple which helps saves time. I added Hip Hip to the front and in the inside Hip Hip Hooray! I used chalk for the sky and ink for the grass. Thanks for looking and I hope you have a wonderful safe weekend!

I'm playing along in these challenges:

365 Cards - Keep It Simple
Caardvarks - Clean & Simple
Flourishes - celebrate

Leanne, that came out so cute! I love the pattern of the paper you used for the hippo. The rest of the layers and colors just blend beautifully!
